Really needs an update. Overall it shows wear and age. Also needs more housekeeping staff. Example: we left our room at 9:00 AM and returned at 4:00 PM and the room had not been cleaned. It also took over 5 minutes in the morning to get the shower to provide warm water, never got to hot.

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience during my 9-day stay at this hotel. We were forced to change rooms three times due to ongoing maintenance issues. Upon arrival, the front desk said they would charge a security deposit to my card, but then charged the entire stay in advance, stating this is their policy with a Mastercard debit card and that they preferred not to “chase guests” for payment afterward. However at checkout, the same front desk manager claimed we had prepaid through Expedia and that they couldn’t access our billing details—advising that we would receive the invoice from Expedia instead. Later, I received an invoice directly from Hilton via email, which contained several billing errors. I had to return to the hotel to get them corrected. Surprisingly, another manager was able to access and adjust the charges, and provide a printed bill, contradicting what we were previously told. Today, three days later, I found another transaction charged to my card in excess of the printed bill total! When I called the hotel today, a representative said she didn’t see this charge on my account and that it should drop off or be refunded in a couple of days. These inconsistencies and poor service made our stay extremely frustrating. I do not plan to return to this establishment and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!! The location is convenient to every place we wanted to visit. The two bedroom rooms are comfortable and great for groups.

This hotel was great for the area, walk-ability, well priced, clean, and the staff was wonderful. There were a few minor cosmetic issues with our room, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off in a few sections behind the toilet and in the second bathroom, and the carpet had some big worn out spots. Also one minor cleaning issue-when we opened up the sofa bed to make it for our 6 year old, it had obviously not been cleaned underneath because there were several French fries that were coated in ketchup scattered underneath.

Very spacious apartment, in perfect location

Room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Ideal location right next to Galleria for shopping and good restaurants (Hachi was our favourite). We were able to leave our bags with reception upon checking out, as we had an evening flight. Would definitely stay here again.
