Room was okay. Amenities were good, bar was fine! At 6:30am there were a child running and screaming to the top of their lungs. No one tried to quiet the kid until I yelled out the door "People were trying to sleep". Other than inconsiderate guests and traffic so bad in the area, the hotel itself was nice. Area maybe not so much.

Clean and tidy, Gladys on the reception desk was an absolute legend, friendly and helpful. Great coffee and cocktails too. I would have given 5 stars, but the pool was not available for over 2 weeks (not heating), and the pool area is also always in the shade it seems, i checked at several times during the day.

Yes, staff were courteous, especially Gladys at the front desk and Regan at the bar. Room service was very poor. The room was not cleaned well, soap not replaced, toilet paper not replaced, bottles and obvious trash not removed. Room services was poor, food was cold and delivered without cutlery or napkins. We had to call 3 times to get a bottle opener. lackluster effort with housekeeping overall...
