I stay at a lot of VRBO rentals, so please take my comments as constructive input. I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip.
Communication from the owner on checking in directions didnât arrive until 2 hours before check in time, and I was on a plane, so needless to say I was a bit nervous until I landed and the message came through. Owner should follow VRBO guidelines and send the info more in advance.
Unit is in a great location in an upscale building. The building is big and can be confusing, so follow the directions from the garage from the owner closely. I like the electronic key dispenser at the gate, but again FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!
The apartment layout is nice, but overall the apartment was pretty dirty. The owner should do a walk through because I donât think the cleaning company is doing a good job. The outside of the fridge and countertops needed cleaning (inside the fridge was spotless though) every dish and glass was dingy and needed to be washed, the fixtures and sink all need to be cleaned better, etc.. The pots and pans were a bit beat up, but serviceable. There were wet linens and towels left in the washing machineâŠ
Also, I think the owner should do a general review of maintenance items. Most cabinet doors are scratched and dinged up, the kitchen faucet is broken, the bathroom faucet only provides hot water, the walk in closet needs to be cleaned up, etcâŠ
Would return, but only if these items are resolved.
