I’m going to be as honest and accurate as observed. I checked in at 7:30pm. The check in counter was cordoned off by glass partition and the attendant was less than presentable on check in. He shoved a tray out for me to put my credit card, money, etc. There was a second person on duty. Raw, no mannerisms, dodgy behavior, crude, and filthy. Always with a bullying, threatening tone. Both were unfit for hotel service employees. Well after that initial shock, he trayed me the room key. I drove around the bend in the parking lot, which had football stadium lights (for a reason). The lot was full of sketchy characters, most of which resembled drug dealers, prostitutes, and rift rafts outcast from normal people. There was a caddy with all for tires missing sitting on its rotors. Next to my parking spot. I made it to my room on the second floor, open the door and the first thing that hits you is the smell. A mixture of dog urine, meth pipes, body odor, and sewage. I tried the light switches but all the lights were not working. So I hit the light on my cell phone and focus on the walls because they were moving. That movement was German cockroaches. Literally thousands of roaches running throughout the room. In the bed, floor, walls, bathroom, floor tiles. I put my foot on the bed and pushed. More roaches ran out from the mattress which was also saturated with dog urine. I immediately took my things and headed back to the attendant. No refunds! I took off.

This property found to be unsafe as the reception area was locked and look like a prison rather than hotel. I met someone outside who told me the crime is common in the evening within surrounding of the hotel.

Everything was terrible. I wouldn't this place to anyone, not even a dog. Roaches, bed bugs was everywhere. The filth was ridiculous. The room wouldn't lock.

This property is complete false advertising nothing is as it looks on this site. Not the property or the rooms. Its in katy but its ghetto. An im black calling it ghetto. The property/hotel is trash. I didnt go all the way in the room it so disgusting. Bed was filthy with white sheets. No pillows on bed. People there looking like they wanna rob you immediately. I didnt not stay got that key and gave it right back. I really want a refund but the world so damn greedy it aint happening. That play shouldn't be on nobody's website. Dont go there unless you plan on smoking Crack.

I would stay as far away from this place as possible. Asked for a non smoking room and it reeked of weed. Had a roach infestation, seemen stains on the sheets, and the smoke detector had been removed. Only lasted 10 min in the room and they still refused to give a refund.
