The place was pretty dirty, every bed had stained/dirty sheets, the kitchen cabinets weren’t cleaned or wiped down from the previous guests, the game room in the garage smelled like smoke which wasn’t an issue but almost everything displayed in the pictures that was in the game room was either broken/not working. The foosball table had broken rods, the pool table didn’t have any working sticks with tips, and one of the arcade machines didn’t run.Overall we planned for a quick, yet clean and fun experience while we were in town and when we brought these issues to the host, he asked us to send photos then proceeded with the fact that “I should’ve notified them sooner so the cleaners could get there.” Mind you we got off the road around 8:30 pm, so messaging the host to immediately complain about how poorly the place was cleaned was not ideal as soon as we got there.Overall not a good place to enjoy your off time due to these issues that could be easily fixed.

The host was very welcoming and attentive. From the first day I booked until after I was gone everything was great. The home is very spacious for a family and gives privacy with one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor. Although I didn’t use the game room it was pretty impressive with an area the kiddos or big kiddos could retreat to. It was well stocked with everything we needed for 4 days. Thanks Mike for being such a great host

I absolutely loved my stay. This home comfortably housed my family for Christmas. My favorite part was the space between the rooms, as everyone had their own area. The pictures truly represent the place! If I were to be picky, I would mention that the couches are a bit worn and the toilet near the kitchen had a plumbing issue. Other than those minor concerns, I would definitely come back.

Here for UH graduation for our son. We had the best communication with the host. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the amenities. We are all adults but enjoyed the downstairs playroom so much. Best of all, the decor was perfect for graduation pics

I loved that the fridge was stocked with ice and water most places don’t do that and leave it empty. Place was bigger than the pictures and neat as well very welcoming. Just make sure to lock the door well at night a lot of movement but no one bothers you overall we had a great stay and will be staying here again in the future!

This is a really nice home. I would’ve given a five star however housekeeping did not clean any of the bedroom sheets. All of the sheets were dirty and we had to wash them, overall four star rental.

Read some of the earlier reviews and I'm sorry to say they didn't do this listening justice. My family and I were so amazed by the aesthetic and game room. Parking was on the street and so accessible. Definitely recommend it

Booking was super easy and the property manager was quick at responding. We didn’t wind up staying here so we can’t review the actual property. I booked this place the day before we traveled to the area. The inside looks very nice, but there are no pictures of the outside and there is a good reason why. Once I got the address I plugged it into a satellite search and quickly realized that this place is located in a very rough part of town. The property itself, along with all the surrounding properties have tall black iron fences around every home and it appears to be a very low income area. The only place to park your vehicle is on the street, even though there is a secure garage attached to the property. We have a very high end vehicle and didn’t feel comfortable leaving it on the street exposing it to vandalism or theft. I shared my concerns with the property manager they refused to work with me on even a partial refund because booking it the night before my stay was obviously past the refund period, so I just lost out on 200. Lesson learned.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed! Felt very unsafe. Everything was gated and boarded up. Men were sitting on a couch outside in the grass next door. We witnessed a man urinate behind the garage can on the property. And, everything else was gated BUT they expected you to leave your car parked outside right next to where all of this was happening. Would not recommend to anyone! Tried to resolve with VRBO host and they were extremely rude!
