I got a handicap room, that i didnt expect or asked for. When i got up at8;30 am to have breakfast they ran out of eggs and waffles to make, when asked they said they have ran out .

Our stay for 4 nights was superb! Hotel is close to shopping, dining & highway. Staff were professional, kind and accommodating. 2 of the mornings, we observed housekeeping arrive and huddle at front desk for what appeared to be a morning check-in, plan for the day (?), and to motivate. We watched leadership give the ladies high-5's and a donut to start the day! This is team building, and we loved observing this! The ladies were top-notch and cleaned our room daily, squeaky clean like it was our 1st arrival day. "Thank You Ladies"!! The pool was delightful and a nice reprive at the end of the hot day. Breakfast was good with quality ingredients, loved the rolled oats for oatmeal and the toppings offered, also including oat milk in addition to dairy milks. Parking is easy and convenient. Building is secured at all entry points with the exception of main entrance, but someone was always at the desk. They also have a small bar in the hotel. We did not utilize their small grocery area, which seemed to offer a good variety of small meals and snacks, but did cook one night in our room as it had a complete kitchen. There is a decent size refrigerator, glass top stove, no oven, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes, pans, utensils and cleaning products available. This unit was like a studio apartment. It was perfect for what we needed while visiting family. Above all, their beautiful smiles made our stay delightful! I will return again when visiting family!
