Convenient location with nice views near Kemah and NASA. Hotel is comfortable, but dated. Walls are paper thin-could hear kids crying late into night next door and others yelling down the hall until midnight. Also, witnessed a guy smoking weed near the side door near my car as we walked out with the kids. Would not come back.

Customer service is amazing. Booked last minute and arrived late past midnight and our room was ready. Even had an upgrade to Executive Suite with Marina view. Bed was very comfortable. It was what we were needing after driving from DFW flying in directly from London after repeated delays.

The only good thing about this place was the staff - everything else was horrible, from parking, dirty bathroom, bath tub not draining water during shower, AC not cooling, the way you get to the hotel! Location and all! Pictures are deceiving.

The hotel was great, we ate in the restaurant and service was very slow and food was lass than expected and over priced. Next time I’ll go to Topwater Grill to eat. The hotel and room overall was satisfactory.

South Shore Harbour - a good place to stay

A very comfortable resort hotel with an attractive location by the water and marina. It is in very good condition and maintained in a clean and welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants if you choose to eat out. One strong attraction for those keeping fit is the gym located just down the road. It is one of the best I have visited and is free for guests.
