Property and staff are great. Expedia makes the initial experience frustrating. Be careful in room selection - you select one room type and Expedia books you in a smaller one.
If the hotel staff were not professional, helpful, and had the room, we would have been out of luck.
Not the first time it has happened and I was the fifth Expedia guest of the day it happened to.
You usually cannot change because the booking is on Expedia’s side. Even when it’s an error.
Handling an issues: Expedia will put in minimal effort and defer and deflect…leaving you to fight through your credit card company…even if the merchant failed to complete the transaction.
Again, not the first time but will be the last for hotel and car packages. Not sure what happened with Expedia…I have been a customer for year. So disappointed.
