This is one of the best kept Secrets when looking for inexpensive 2-3 week stays when getting treated at MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER. Very convenient location— 8 minutes from MDA 6 MINUTES from WALGREENS 5 MINUTES FROM LUBY’s 6 MINUTES FROM H-E-B grocery A week or longer cost me $60/ night all/in Soft mattress! Staff very nice & cordial. Not glamorous— but very efficient!

The staff were nice, but the rooms could have been cleaner. There were some fruit flies in the room when I would eat food. The ac/heater smelled very dirty. The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors on either side. Honestly, it was very cheap, and you get what you pay for.

I like this place because this is very accessible to my work place. It’s quiet, peaceful and affordable. Staff is kind and I feel comfortable.

The room itself was nice, AC was off when I got there so I had to sit in a stuffy room for a bit but that’s more of a minor mistake. Mostly clean, drawers definitely could’ve been cleaned more but wasn’t a bother for me since I was only staying one night. Area itself was okay, not much to do in the immediate vicinity, and some of the other people staying there seemed a little off but that isn’t really the location’s fault!

It was better than I thought it would be but the cord from the tv couldnt reach the socket, a few of the socket covers were loose or hanging from the wall and the toilet seat was broken. Might've needed to sweep and mop also. Floors were kinda filthy. Other than that, it was fine. No bugs, the refrigerator worked and the a/c worked pretty good.
