Property was very nice for the price and all the staff we came in contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that it's a large hotel with only two elevators so the elevator wait was very long and you had to go up and down before finally reaching your floor. I will still give them 5 stars because it really was a great hotel.

Jon at the front desk was amazing. Very resourceful and always asking if there was anything we needed. Also the shuttle crew was wonderful and timely. We plan to stay here again whenever we are in Houston.

We went for a special birthday gift for my autistic preteen, a concert to watch his favorite band. Unfortunately they canceled the show but the staff was dedicated to make up for it even though they had nothing to do with the cancelled show! They sent up balloons chocolate cake, snacks and drinks and a birthday card and the next day treated us to breakfast. IWe will definitely comeback in August if not for the concert for the stay. Thank you to everyone that made our stay special

Hotel was fairly quiet the night we stayed, check in staff (Shirley) were great, but we were placed right next to the elevator which was incredibly noisy, both with the bell sound it made and with people coming and going all night. Not sure why we were placed there. Then at 8.30am housekeeping knocked on our door. We hadn’t bothered to put a do not disturb sign up because we knew we’d be on the move before 10am. Have never had housekeeping come so early before. They woke us up.

loved the outdoor patio for having drinks. They had a live guitar player and he was really good. The room was old, floors in bathroom cracked, stains on bathroom wallpaper and a thick layer of dust around. Other than that it was a nice place.
