the hotel had a big room. The service was ok. they charged me for breakfast but it turned out to be free (so not sure what's up with that). The bar was not well maintained and it appeared that they were going through a transition of winding things down or something? The pool had a leak and drained out all of the water.

Was pleased with the stay. We only had one issue. At the time of checking in, we had asked if we could stay till 1:00 and willing to pay the fee. About an hour before leaving we get a knock that i needed to come and sign the late stay form. Well I go downstairs to do what was asked and the counter receptionist said I needed to pay the late stay. I didn’t even sign nothing. Well keeping in mind I didn’t take my card since I was asked to just sign. Ok well I go back upstairs to get my catd and pay. I was asked 2x if I was staying a little later. Well yes you already asked me this. Well I get a phone call maybe 15 minutes after I left tge counter if I was leaving at 1:00. Uhhh yes. At this point Im like what's the deal. So now im feeling like your kicking me out.

Im really upset! My food and belongings were thrown away and they shrugged it off. Those items were not cheap. I even had a note saying not to move or take. Upon arrival the first time I booked, the room was not up to par. Outlets broken, mold in shower, smelly floors and chair felt unclean. Throughout my stay and to my knowledge, they didn’t clean any of it, only restocked some items. I know they don’t dust behind or under a lot of places. Outside stone wall needs cleaning. Select few staff made it a decent stay but others were rude or uncaring. I would not have stayed if I knew this was how it would be. Broken dryer, hot tub not working, usually busy by the pool and can’t enjoy any of the amenities.
