New building so very clean and stylish. Front Desk during check in seemed not very knowledgeable, most likely new. Room was great, very quiet. All the hot food was out at 8:30am, breakfast was till 9am, no one came to check on it.

I gave a lower rating because when I arrived, the main reason I booked was for the hot tub—but it wasn’t working. That felt misleading since the ad didn’t mention it was out of service. If the hot tub isn’t available, the hotel should either remove it from the listing or offer another perk to make up for it. That said, the hotel itself is very nice and has great potential. Improvements could be made in amenities—especially the breakfast, which felt limited and could be more lively. The staff was decent, though not as attentive as I expected when I requested a floor change. With a few upgrades in these areas, this place could easily be a five-star stay.

Front desk services was amazing ! I was just disappointed that the pool and hot tub was OUT OF SERVICE for the whole 8 days we was there, if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t book and I’m pretty sure guests have children. For breakfast there was NO BACON!

The room was clean but had an awful smell in the entryway, we searched everywhere for it but couldn’t find anything. We couldn’t tell if it was cleaning supplies or if it was a previous persons perfume. It is also a dog friendly hotel which I have NO issue with except when there are 2 very loud dogs that react the every sound in the hallway and we can hear them from 2 rooms away. We checked in around late afternoon and the night staff had told us the pool and restaurant/bar would be open until 10pm. We go down around 8pm to enjoy the hot tub on a chilly night. The hot tub was ice cold, we went and asked staff and the same person who told me their pool would be open told me it doesn’t work. The pool was also “ out of service “ with signs everywhere in the hotel the entire stay. Trash was floating in it. So, staff says one thing yet there are signs 10 ft away from them saying another? Kind of a let down. Also, I never saw anyone at the “bar” or restaurant once while staying there. I stay in hotels for a living and this was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had unfortunately.

Very nice hotel. Honestly would come back and would recommend to others. Nothing major however, if they upgrade the TVs to have a Netflix app like other hotels, it would be perfect to have. Something for the kids but overall, great experience
