COMPLAINT OYO LA GLORIETA

The hotel sold the rooms to other guests actually when the 4 persons arrived the hotel told them that they had already sold their rooms and they cannot remove the new guests which was terrible

Staff was nice. Didn’t like that there was no fan to get air circulation. We had to leave our door open to let some air in. There was mold in the ceiling in our bathroom.

A pesar de tener pagada completamente la reservación, al llegar a OYO HOTEL LA GLORIETA HUICHAPAN, el portón estaba cerrado, estuvimos tocando pora casi 1 hora y nunca abrieron. Cabe señalar que también tocamos el cláxon del auto y tocamos en la caseta de vigilacia, pero nadie nos atendió. Estuvimos también marcando a los teléfonos de referencia y nos colgaban la llamad, solo en el Centro de Reservaciones de OYO me contestaron, me dieron el número de teléfono del hotel y de manera muy grisera me dijeron que yo lo resolviera porque ellos no estaban en el punto. Al final tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para hospedarnos ya que viajamos con 1 persona de la 3a edad y 1 persona con discapacidad. Todo ello, además de ocasionar gastos adicionales que no estaban previstos, nos ocasionó muchas incomodidades.

Terrible, pagué por medio de la app y al llegar me comentaron que no trabajan hace mucho con la app, que si me quería quedar tenía que volver a pagar en efectivo, llamé a Expedia múltiples veces y no me dieron solución, me colgaron en todas las ocasiones, me pidieron pagar un seguro para recuperar mi dinero, seguro que costaba más caro que la noche de habitación que ya había pagado. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y obviamente, perdí mi dinero.

El trato del gerente, despota e incluso grocero Ya que yo reservé por expedía no quiso Respetar mi reserva. De una habitación doble. E incluso le comenté que si no lo respetaba me iba a aquejar, dirigiéndose a que si yo le había depositado a él por qué la aplicación nunca le da el cobro a él. Jamás vuelo a ir a ese hotel

Ni tenían mi reserva ni habitaciones disponibles. Recomiendo no reservar por plataforma para este hotel. El velador claramente me comentó no era su problema y tenía cero empatía ante la situación, tuve que discutir fuertemente por mi reserva ya pagada Finalmente el propietario se hizo responsable y logró que me dieran un lugar para dormir aunque no era exactamente una habitación de hotel. Así mismo, me reembolsó parte de mi habitación. El equipo de dicho hotel necesita capacitación, y saber como cerrar las reservas si llenan el hotel. El propietario se me hizo una persona responsable al afrontar la situación y llegar a un acuerdo aceptable. La plataforma de hoteles cada vez peor, te deja hablando con robots, difícil conseguir apoyo humano ante estas situaciones
