Keys cards didny work when we got to the room. We had also advised we were a family of 3, requiring use pf the sofa bed but no bed linen was provided.

Nice, clean and comfortable

Stayed for 1 night. Hotel was easy to find and the added bonus of being connected to the shopping centre car park on level 2. Check in was quick and staff were helpful. Room was super clean. The only issue I had was the plug socket was a long way from the 1 mirror so was a hassle to do my hair with my straighteners. Our shower seemed to be leaking and I told Reception as we checked out so hopefully that has been dealt with. Location was good, next to train station so easy to get a taxi. Also next to a good shopping center and Tesco. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely place to stay

We always stay here when in Hull, staff are always helpful and attentive, the hotel is central to everything Hull has to offer. The only thing I could fault this visit was that the bed settee was very uncomfortable.

Very friendly helpful staff.

Booked a group of 14 adults in for the weekend and staff ensured that rooms were all next to each other. It was easy for us all to meet up in the lounge/bar with free hot drinks available at all times.

Centrally located hotel close to amenities

Pros: Pleasant staff, convenient location, discounted parking, breakfast
Cons: Amenities in room basic, instructions re hotel and parking
Location: Centrally located. Close to many attractions and shopping
Good hotel with discounted parking. Comfortable, small room but ok for a short break. Close to town centre so easy to get about. Parking a bit complicated necessitating having to make a phone call to reception as we couldn't find the entrance to the hotel. Good breakfast included.

Wi Fi

The Wi Fi was very slow, and if only some rooms can have balcoy for view / smoking, that would be great.. Cheers

Ideal city centre hotel

I have stayed in this hotel two years ago and after an Internet search for a place to stay for one night opted to return. This was based on value, location and convenience. On all three counts, I was not disappointed. The room was very cleaan and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is indeed £7 per 24 hrs (validated at reception) but arriving late on a very wet day, having direct access to the hotel from the multi story car park is a bonus feature. Add the parking onto the hotel price and I believe your still getting great value for your money.
