We were not happy with the maid service. Had to ask for clean bath towels due to maid's not leaving clean towels. Day three absolutely no maid services.... very disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Serviceable, But Not Noteworthy

Run of the mill low cost option near Hersheypark. It was fine for what it was, but we probably wouldn't choose it again. It's about a 10 minute drive away from the park, which is no big deal. But, it's badly in need of a full refurbishment. Everything is just dated enough to be noticeable. But the worst thing - at least in room 105 - is the HVAC unit. It's one of those god forsaken typical ones that are under the window and work just enough to justify their existence. Granted it was very hot (95+) when we stayed, but I don't think that was the issue. One of the beds is so close to the unit that the air it produces winds up getting sucked back into it, therefore making it think it's done cooling and short cycling. And, because there's no thermostat on the far wall like most hotels, it has to start up regularly to sample the air in the room. This is not very conducive to sleeping. Also, the bathroom in our room had some water damage from a rogue spray from the back of the shower head. Again, overall it was decent and we didn't have any major issues. But when other options are priced competitively, it'd be tough to make this choice.

I am a us citizen i expect to be able to communicate in English with the staff. There night staff did not speak english this is absolutely ridiculous. I called corporate to try to get help for what i needed that night snd they did nothing. They obviously do not care a out there guests

This place is okay, however, when we checked in , they gave us a room that someone else was already staying in. It was a little awkward and a bit unsettling to use a key card and walk in and see someone else's stuff in there and someone pop around the corner like hey, this is our room. Then, they assigned us another room and the Key cards weren't working correctly to open the door, eventually it worked after a 3rd time and the ladt had to come from behind the desk to assist. We have never encountered such an event and we have stayed at several hotels for vacationing over the years.

Definitely in need of a face lift to a more modern contemporary look. Staff was real friendly and hotel for the most part was well taken care of. Breakfast was your run of the mill, eggs, bacon, and tots with waffles and cereal options for the kiddos. Low point was the fold out bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was not very clean. Stayed two days.

The hotel was clean and all good except the coffee. It was too light and tested like water. My wife also complained about a piece of metal that injured her twice from the side of one of the beds.

Unfortunately this was a terrible choice- hoping there could be some type of refund from Expedia or Comfort Suites. I am not a picky person but we could not stay more than 10 minutes. Started with someone smoking marijuana near the entrance. Checked in- general appearance of lobby was just old and small. 3rd floor had holes in the walls near the elevator. Strong smell in the hallway and room. Room was much smaller than expected. Shower floor stained brown. Pullout couch with both human and dog hair on the cushions. Extra linen for the pullout on top of the closet unwrapped and rolled up- was soiled. Bottom of the TV stand ripped up with exposed wood. Stains on the carpet. I could not stay in such conditions with my kids- we checked out and informed the front desk of the conditions- she just told me she’d let management know. We went elsewhere of similar cost and was the world of a difference.

I enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were attentive. There is no body wash in rooms so should provide larger and more bath soaps then 1 small round bar. The breakfast menu was the same the whole time. They kept running out. Eggs, potatoes and sausages were not cooked well. The bench seats in the sitting area were stained and all torn up looking very unclean.
