I was double charged for my two night stay. Room carpet had multiple stains and needed cleaning. Shower pressure was poor and water was not hot. Room was not cleaned after first night and fresh towels were not provided. I had to call front desk to get fresh towels.

The room was clean and we had a view of the Ohio River and the River Walk, as well as the restaurants, theatre, and the Christmas decorations in the square. The breakfast was a plus. The staff were nice and courteous.
