Our stay was awesome and the hotel located in a great spot. It’s super close to shops, restaurants, and the Orion Amphitheater. The staff, especially Nyeisha, were so thoughtful. Nyeisha really made our weekend; she was kind, fun, personable, and helped us when we had to switch rooms. We would come back just to see her!

I do not write this letter lightly, but what occurred this afternoon at the hotel has compelled me to express my concerns. The front desk employee was very kind when he checked me in early, as my flight arrived at HSV ahead of schedule. I chose to stay here again for this business trip because my previous visit last month went smoothly. After checking in, I went to the gym. Upon returning to the front desk, I asked the employee if I could purchase water and add it to my bill since there wasn’t an ATM available. I later realizing that was not an option, I decided to charge it to my card instead. While looking at the price list, the empl said that price was 4.00. I did not ask for the price, but it was fine that he told me the cost of the water, and then he unexpectedly threatened to call his manager and have me escorted out. He even said he would call the police. At that moment, I was confused and uncertain as to why he was reacting so aggressively. As I hadn’t said anything to him other than requesting the water. He mentioned that I gave him a “high school girl look,” which I didn’t understand at all. All I wanted was my water, and I reassured him that I had done nothing to warrant a police call. In fact, I felt that he was the one slandering me with his comments. Later, I returned in hopes of calmly discussing our earlier interaction to understand what triggered his reaction. I had not insulted or demeaned him in any way. I wrote to management, and I haven't heard bac

You won’t be disappointed!

Such a lovely modern hotel. The staff are super helpful and polite. Our room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The toiletries were good. We used the pool and found it to be really clean and plenty of pool chairs and towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
