Value your work

I found blood, yellow stains, and hair on the pillows. We notified the front desk, and they politely apologized and gave us new pillows. One idea would be to simply change the sheets and towels when guests leave. Think about it, if my mother or someone I love were the next to use this room, what would I do? Have empathy!

We were very happy with our stay. From the moment we checked in (the lady at the front desk was super friendly and made sure we got the perfect room to suit our needs), to the day we checked out, we felt very welcome and felt the services were top notch. We loved that we didn't have to make dinner plans for two of our nights there -- so handy to have the option to enjoy the "Kick-off" food that's offered every night. And what's not to love about the courtesy drinks too! Our room was nice and quiet, our bed was comfortable, all the services in the bathroom worked great. We would definitely stay again!
