The ranchette is proximate to the West’s greatest recreation, including three world class ski resorts, two reservoirs for boating and paddle boarding/kayaking, walking, hiking, biking, fly fishing and darling mountain villages with quaint farmers markets and local food.
The farmhouse itself is newly renovated and finished with the finest furnishings. It boasts two kitchens, a butler’s pantry, two washers and dyers, a 3-car garage, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two fireplaces, a hot tub, and plenty of space to lounge and take in the mountain views.
