Thank you for your kind review.When you book, you actively choose to accept the location as displayed on the booking website which is accurate.Before checking-in, we ask the following; "Lastly, I have researched the actual location of the property and I accept the location of the property" in our online check-in form, which has your written digital signature, upon you stated "YES".We have a detailed video showing the unit just before your check-in and its cleanliness. Sorry that you found some dust on the balcony (not the room) but it is a desert country.As our local staff are themselves residents @ Tiba Resort, it's their home, they are being vare careful looking out about the state of the pools.Of course, some less than careful person could have dropped a cigarette but in the pool, there are bad apples everywhere, but there are two big swimming pools plus two smaller ones.Meanwhile, we are glad that you found our towels to be so good that you decided to help yourself to a few.Tiba Resort is located between El Gouna and Hurghada Town and very well-known for its tranquility and high security.While that is perhaps not for everyone, it is up to the guest to actively research the location as we cannot do much about the location itself other than accurately display it on the booking website.Thank you for your visit and enjoy the towels.

Tiba Resort Nearby El Gouna offers its guests 4 outdoor swimming pools and a children's pool. There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe and a snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the pool bar. Public spaces have free WiFi. A terrace, multilingual staff, and a garden are also featured at Tiba Resort Nearby El Gouna. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Self parking is free. This Mediterranean Hurghada aparthotel is smoke free.
