My favorite VRBO

Since 2019 my husband & I have stayed in around 20 VRBO properties. I can comfortably say this was my most favorite and the most fun we had on a trip. It was me, my husband, and my 21 month old son. Prior to booking Matt & Sarah were responsive to questions. I wanted to know if they had any amenities for my son (pack n play, crib, high chair, baby gate etc.). They immediately responded that they did have a pack n play and high chair but no baby gate. They offered to purchase one without my asking.Check in was super easy. There was non negotiable no early check in, but once I saw how huge the house was and how clean, I understood why. I have no doubts it takes the cleaning crew 4 or 5 hours to clean and it was sparkling clean. When we got there I couldn’t find a pack n play and the baby gate didn’t fit. I told Matt and he immediately responded saying to go purchase what I needed and he would reimburse me to leave the items at the rental. I did so and I embarrassingly found not only one but two pack n plays. He was very kind throughout it all. So just FYI they do have pack n plays and one high chair for anyone with tiny humans. We ended up taking the baby gate we bought home with us so unless they purchase a new one the current one they have doesn’t fit.About the property, house is super clean like I mentioned and beautiful. Bathrooms all have rain shower heads or a tub. Neighborhood is very nice and mostly empty. I felt safe. When you came in they had snacks and everything

The perfect getaway!

This house was so amazing! We stayed with friends for a soccer tournament and it was perfect! It’s so nice that the bedrooms all have their own bathroom. The pool and amenities were so amazing! We stayed in February and the pool was so nice and warm! The fire pits and outside set up is just a dream. We all agree we would want to stay here again!

Great property! Pool is awesome and worth the extra $ to heat it. Kitchen is very well equipped. Comfy beds, if you like a flatter pillow be sure to bring your own. Great neighborhood, we felt very safe and found a lot to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Hurricane Family Getaway

This property was worth every penny! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of! We loved having two tables. Our grandkids enjoyed all being at one table while the adults were on the other. The pool was incredible! Both the adults and kids loved the rock slide and it is a good sized pool! There is so much entertainment from board games, pool, ping pong, pool play toys, and Nintendo! For those that just like to relax, there are hammocks, many pool side lounge chairs and ample comfortable couches inside. The owners were amazing to work with, they were quick and helpful with anything needed. We have been renting homes with a private pool for years and have finally found the one we want to come back to!

It's all about Family

Family of 5 siblings with spouses/significant others, plan get aways almost every year. We chose this property because it allowed each couple to have a king en-suite room to themselves. We can't begin to express how awesome this place was. We needed nothing extra from the host Matthew. We loved, and used, all the major appliances, enjoyed the pool and hot tub and even used the slide (which was fun for us young at heart people!). The location was extremely quiet, even with construction going on near by. We were 2 hours away from almost everything we wanted to see from the slot canyons, Bryce, Zion and Las Vegas. The town of Hurricane is quant and convenient. Some family members even enjoyed a full day of golf locally. Definitely would recommend this to families of all adults, but to let you in on a little secret, it would be great for families with children as well. they have an awesome bunk room for the children with their own bathroom as well! Visiting the Canyon areas in Utah and the Slot Canyon in Page ... another bucket list check off and Living the Dream was truly the cherry on the sundae. p.s. would love to know where the front door was manufactured. Looking for one for my house now. P

Best Vacation Rental in Hurricane

We have stayed at many properties for our immediate family reunion over the past several years in the Hurricane and St George areas, and this property was the best we have stayed in. Each one of our married children, and ourselves, had their own master bath and bedroom which was wondeful! Our seven grandchildren loved the bunkroom and staying together on the many bunkbeds. The unique benefit of this home is the kitchen was completely furnished with everything you need except the food. We have never seen a rental so nicely provide everything you need. There was no shortage on pool towels, pool toys or anything else. So many fun extra's that we couldn't utilize them all. The sound system throughout the home and outside was amazing. We didn't leave the house with the exception of one time our whole trip because it was so nice. The only concern I had was the home is so popular, we noticed some wear in different areas that is only a little over a year old. Not a big deal, but the home is so nice, I hope it does not get worn out to quickly. The owners were wonderful to work with and were there for us if we struggled with operating any of the home electronics and pool. We would definitely stay at this home again if they will have us.

Absolutely awesome

Wow! Our stay was just wonderful. The location and condition of the house were fantastic. The pictures on the listing really don't give you a sense of the scale of the home; it's HUGE! We had 10 adults and 6 kids and had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The pool and hot tubs (yes, TWO!) were in excellent condition and the number of pool toys provided was excellent. The number of towels available made us feel like we were at a private spa. The kitchen was stocked with more cookware and serving items than I could have imagined. With two of everything (fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, washer/dryers) we were able to easily prepare food and clean up during our 4 day stay. The pool area was so nice, many of us didn't leave the house! But for those of us who did, the area around the house is absolutely stunning - if you've never been to southern Utah, you owe it to yourself to go. One additional thing I'd like to mention: we had a minor issue with one of the hot tubs and I messaged the owner via the VRBO app and within 45 minutes of my message, the pool guy was at the house and the issue resolved. This is not an exaggeration, as I was monitoring our chat via the app. That kind of responsiveness is very much appreciated. Thanks, Matt! My family has been doing these reunions every other year for 14 years all over the country and this home was far and away the best property we've stayed at.

Great time at a great place

We spent a long weekend here. It was an oasis of relaxation and fun! Plenty of room for us. The family loved the pool and the slide. Each family had their own bathroom. The hosts were attentive and helpful with any minor problem we had. It was wonderful! Thank you!

Perfect home for multiple families

The size and layout of this house was perfect for our family! The house was immaculate and had QR codes for everything you can think of. So we had no problem figuring out the tvs and pool cover, etc. The couches and beds were super comfy. Some of the houses we have stayed at before have had some of the cheapest furniture and sheets. But not this place. If you are going in the fall/winter, there was a sneaky fine print fee to have the pool heated each day that we didn’t know about until a couple days before our trip. So look for that. If it’s peak summer I’m sure there’s a fee to cool the pool. But it won’t stop us from visiting again. The owners were quick to reply to any of our questions. The house was stocked so well with things like charging stations next to each bed and couch, games, pool toys and floats, helmets, extra lawn chairs, stuff for s’mores, and then some. Makes packing for a weekend trip so much easier. We were all impressed. And there were 5 individual families with kids of all ages.

Great family gathering place!

This place is amazing! Our extended family chose The Oasis for a family reunion when the weather was not your typical southern Utah temperature—but the weather didn’t matter. We were still able to enjoy the heated pool (a note that this costs extra), slide, fire pit, hot tubs, all kinds of games, comfortable beds with their own private bathrooms, tvs in each room, and an amazing kitchen—with EVERYTHING we would possibly need. In addition to all the amenities provided, the place was incredibly spotless. The owners thought of everything that we as guests would like to make our stay perfect. The complimentary basket of Smores was a nice touch! Throughout our stay we found ourselves noticing the little things that made us as comfortable as if we were in our own home. We loved our stay and will recommend it to anyone. We hope to be able to enjoy it again in the future. One thing we wished was better was the wifi. It seemed to not always work and in the end, most of us choose not to use it, since it was so slow. We tried to watch a college football game it it kept buffering. If that hadn't happened, our stay would have been ideal. A great place for all ages, and a great gathering place. Overall 9 out of 10!

Perfect for large groups & families

Can’t say enough about how well thought out and equipped the property was. We had a large group of family ranging from 90’s to 5 months and it fit perfectly. The attached bathrooms, king sized beds and room for small children worked out perfect. The host was extremely responsive to any and all questions that popped up over our stay. Between the huge amount of pool toys, the well equipped ping pong table to the bonus room tvs and pool table there was always something for the group to do. Everything was well organized, and well stocked for the group. We will definitely be coming back again.

Amazing!!

Amazing house!! So many necessities that we needed were there so we didn’t even have to go get something’s that we needed. They were very quick to answer questions and help anyway that they could. The pool and water side was amazing!! This was a vacation for a group of 17.

Unbelievable space

I didn’t think I could be blown away by a property. When I say this place had everything, I mean it really had everything. Easily the best stocked house as far as recreational equipment, kitchen appliances/supplies, entertainment offerings and anything you could think of. We had 4 adults and 4 kids on this trip with more than enough room to spread out. Our time spent at the house was during a heat wave so there was a lot of time spent lounging by the pool with the music playing over the Sonos speakers or a movie playing on the TV. Matt was also extremely accommodating and professional. We arrived to a power outage in the area (not any fault of the owner). It was quickly resolved and Matt was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The neighborhood includes a community pool and pickle ball court which we didn’t get around to using. Although there’s a lot of new construction and development going on, you really don’t feel it when you’re at the house. It didn’t impact our stay one bit.
