The lavish estate has a surface of 540 m2. A 5-star Luxury Villa Pine extends on 300 m2. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it can accommodate up to 8 persons.
Its interior is minimalistic, simple, airy, and radiant. The main colors are white and beige. Here, you will feel comfortable and relaxed.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. On a breakfast bar, you can enjoy your first-morning coffee while observing the sea in front of the villa. The extensive living area is an open-type.
3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. From the terraces of the villa, you can admire the mesmerizing sea view. Bathrooms have a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
