Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Hyannis ferry. Although the rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, the room was VERY clean, spacious and comfortable. The innkeeper was so friendly and extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and things to do.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean. It was nice that we were two blocks from Main Street and able to enjoy the marina. If I had anything- it would be nice to have an ice machine. But, otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Such a perfect place for our short weekend stay. Raj is warm, friendly and takes such pride in his property. Room was extremely clean. Location was perfect for a toddler in a stroller. Will definitely return to this hotel the next time we come back to Cape Cod!

I cannot say enough about Raj (owner) and his hospitality. I he is genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. We enjoyed our visit so much. The location was perfect. You can walk to ferry’s and great restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

Tay the front desk is helpful and very personable. The hotel is very convenient to the island ferries - easy walk. Also, walking distance to many restaurants and shops downtown Hyannis.
