Perfect location. Nice that the guest room floors are wood and not carpet. Typical Hyannis/Cape Cod hotel that's mid range. Parking was easy and friendly staff.

The Hyannis Inn was ok. But, Expedia told us that check in time was 9:am, so we woke up at 4:am to get ready for our 4 hour drive to get there. Arrived at 9:am and The Hyannis Inn has a check in time of 3:pm in the afternoon. So, a 6 hour wait outside just to get our room. I would compare Main Street Hyannis the same as the main strip at Lake George NY.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was very low, and the water never got truly hot — just warm at best. The shower curtain didn’t fully cover the area, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor every time I used it. There was visible water damage on the back of the bathroom door, likely from repeated flooding. The towels were also very small, which made them less practical. The room felt hot and muggy throughout the stay, and the soundproofing was poor — I could easily hear guests in neighboring rooms, both beside and above. Due to an unfortunate personal circumstance, I had to check out early. I had booked through Expedia, and although the hotel staff didn’t mention any issues with a refund at the time of checkout, they later refused to provide one. This added to the overall frustration with the experience

Being directly on Main Street makes coming and going very easy without the need for a car. They look to have done recent renovations which look nice and it will be even better once the patio bar is completed.

It is definitely very well located on Main Street. All restaurants are nearby. Parking is included. It is relatively clean but don’t expect a hotel service. It is a motel despite what they tell you. So expect to be in a. Orel but at least clean when you enter. No cleaning service is offer immediately. You need to clean your room by yourself because cleaning. Service is for when you leave the room for them to prepare it for the next guest only. Compared to other motels it is a good one. Staff are friendly.

The young person at the reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. Our car had died just as we got there and she offered help to find someone who would help to give a jumpstart. They really went out of their way, and we totally appreciated their help.

Best Pool Ever!

I'm a swimmer and it is important I can use a pool. Of all the hotels I have stayed in, this Hotel had the best pool by far (better than Hotels that have cost twice as much). From the nice sultry air in the room the the perfect water temperature (not too hot, not too cold) and the size itself, you cant beat it!

There was garbage around the parking lot & the first room I was given was musty. The front desk agent was friendly and came with me to check it after she agreed to switch my room. 2nd room wasn't musty, but strongly smelled of air freshener and was dirty (dusty areas, hair in places) and the AC would not adjust up past 61. It was FREEZING all night. I'm not sure how this hotel got great ratings unless everyone else is used to dirty, freezing rooms.

Check in was easy and the front desk was very nice. Our room was very clean and we had no problems during our stay. There was a little construction happening but nothing that interfered worth of stay. Wasn't sure about the end of the hotel they looked like restaurants but maybe they weren't open?

In the heart of Hyannis.

Came here a few years ago. I think it has changed hands to a hospitality group now. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are on the small side; but I didnt travel to stay in the room all day! Indoor pool area is awesome! Great front lawn area to people watch. Can walk to everywhere from this property; one of the reasons I came back.
