One of the best hotels I have stayed in. professional staff. nice rooms. Best is the blackout curtains in rooms. Properly double glazed so you don't hear any noice from outside. nice Cafe for business meetings... valet parking.

Terrible. Traffic noise. I asked to change room, they said they'll get back but no one got back. I asked for silverware twice in the room, they got it after an hour. Didn't feel like a 4 star hotel when you go up to the rooms . Lobby looked good but nothing good beyond that.

Good experience overall. You find it highly crowded during Breakfast time . Hotel should.manage it well as it is highly disorganised in morning. May be u can give a table allocation system.
