we had bed bugs, wrapped one of them in a tissue and presented it to the desk attendant; they offered to move us to a different room, we accepted but it also had bed bugs and we left

Not as good as it used to be

I used to love this hotel but it was terrible this time. The person running the front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Our room was filthy and another guest we talked to had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. It is also not a good choice if you are a light sleeper as you can hear EVERYTHING. So sad that we will have to look for another place for our annual vacation.
