Great for a family getaway

Was less expensive than hotels with a swimming pool for a a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. We loved the view from our room and the balcony. Breakfast was decent. Great restaurants within walking distance. We loved the river walk right across the street. We also loved the aquarium that wasn’t too far away and a Walmart was also close.

Found strands of hair in sink and on counter. Heard a tapping noise from about 8 pm to 10 pm. Assume pipes in wall. Have stayed at hotel three times in last two years. Always has been great.

On a roadtrip vacation, Idaho Falls seemed nice to stop in. This hotel was real great! We read comments that there was no hot water. We found that it just took a long time to get the hot water going (we were on the 5th floor). No problem, just run the hot water in the sink until it’s hot, then all is well 😁 The balcony was fab, wonderful view.

The stay was great, staff are always amazing, could use some fine tuning on cleanliness, dust, cobwebs and dirty windows in rooms. Common spaces the floors are always dirty with small debris and the outside is obviously a work in progress. They have a free breakfast but the amount available is very limited!! Out of the 7 days I stayed we had breakfast once unless you are there at 6 you may not have any breakfast. Bed is firm but good all other services are good. I continue to come back because the view is amazing and love walking along the river!! Hoping for continued improvements!!

Nice renovations

Very nice renovations. Our room was nice. The shower/bathtub had hair in it. The light switches were dirty. There were crumbs on the tablet of paper. That is the reason for the low score on the cleanliness of the room. Very nice and friendly staff.

The parking lot was spacious and well lit, but rough and somewhat uneven. The room was well lit, best lit of our trip through several states, but the water never got hot so no hot shower.
