Farthings Nest provides a great holiday base for those looking to explore this part of North Devon. The annexe is located half a mile up the hill from Ilfracombe's main High Street, with its wide choice of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, the harbour and other town attractions are just beyond this.
A trip out in the car will be a must for those looking for spectacular coastal scenery, sandy beaches, rugged coves and inspiring coastal and Exmoor walks.
The ground floor annexe was completed to a high standard in July 2014 and its elevated position provides garden views across the town and coastline towards the National Trust Torrs.
A short level walk through the garden gate takes you to the private entrance. Inside feels calm and welcoming with a coastal theme throughout. A short corridor off the main living area leads off to the bedroom and around the corner is the very spacious split-level bathroom. There is also a storage cupboard provided.
Part of the garden directly in front of the living room window is set aside for guests use. Here you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine and plan your next day's adventure, out and about in this beautiful part of Devon.
