Harbour Lights was an experience we will never forget! Kyle at reception was beyond helpful, writing a lengthy list of attractions, ensuring we had a suitable room and switched us to their sister hotel The Royal Britannia. John was also amazing sharing some local favourites and chatting away each time we crossed paths. Our room and ensuite was huge and beautiful, with a large bay window and seating overlooking the harbour. The restaurant downstairs had amazing barkeeps that smiled and chatted friendly each time we requested a jug of ice to chill our drinks. Bed was comfortable, room was clean with access to fresh towels and linens whenever needed. 11/10 will HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
The room was as expected. Good location and views. Had researched this so knew parking was nearby which was fine.
Obviously recently refurbished but it must have been on a tight budget. Everything seemed to be done cheaply and not very well. Disappointed that the decor didnât do justice to such a historic building
They were really careful about keeping everyone safe. Room was spotless and had everything I needed. Only one downside. Just be aware that the third floor is a long way up to have to carry your luggage! The guest house is perfectly positioned for the harbour
