I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed.
Great spot in Imperial Beach. Within a few minutes walk you can get to the beach as well as a variety of restaurants, two breweries, and the iconic Imperial Beach Pier. As for the place itself, it is a basic but well equipped 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. Having a gated entry into the building and a dedicated parking spot was really nice.
The apartment was exactly what I was looking for and the location could not have been better i.e. across the street from the beach and close to restaurants. Well furnished and stocked, plenty of hot water with good pressure, coffee ready to go and a water filter in the frig, very thoughtful.
The location to IB was great. Outside building looked kept up. Internal courtyard needed some work but was ok. Apartment was older/dingy/had a loud dehumidifier running constantly/towels were old. Definitely needs a paint/remodel job.
Our beach get away was made even more special by staying in this beautifully furnished condo right across from the beach. You couldnât help but be mesmerized hearing the waves 24/7. Everything we could possibly need or want, from beach chairs to comfortable bedding and furniture, was already there. To top it off, the owner was very easy to work with. We look forward to being repeat guests at this classic property.
The house was phenomenal. Very cute, very easily accessible and centrally located close to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. Very pleased with everything about our stay here!
