V. S'Hermita in Inca WiFi
S'Ermita (Talaiot 25) is a beautiful villa located in the heart of Mallorca, in Inca. It is located in the residential area called s'Ermita, just 2 minutesaway from the city by car. It is located in a very quiet area with unbeatable views to different villages in the north of Mallorca and its mountains. The situation is ideal as in just 20 minutes by car you can reach the best beaches of the island of Puerto de Alcudia and Playas de Muro but also the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range.
The house is ideal to enjoy both with family and friends. It can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a private parking on the ground floor with capacity for 4-5 cars, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
From the parking you can access directly to the first floor where we find 2 beautiful lounges, a big fully eqquipped kitchen, a double room with bathroom and bath and a toilet. From this floor you can access the most impressive place of the house which are the terraces, the gardens and of course the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy the relaxed views in the hammocks or the outside sofa or enjoy a good breakfast on a sunny day or a good meal in the outdoor dining area or why not a barbecue at sunset.
Back in the house we can walk up by the warm Mallorcan stone stairs that will take us to the top floor where we find 1 living room with a piano to enjoy the music, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of them with a large jacuzzi.
An ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Majorca.
Also note that Inca is the second most important city in Mallorca and has all kinds of services, known as the city of skin it has an important commercial area dedicated to it, no less remarkable is its gastronomy with numerous renowned “Cellers” and Restaurants. In the center you will find various shops and on Thursdays a great market in which to spend a pleasant morning. We wish you a pleasant stay.
