We loved the location of the house in relation to the ocean, shopping, and sites.
We did have a few problems but didn't want to have the management company come to address these issues. First of all the cleanliness of the home was not stellar, for example, countertops were filthy, floors were dirty, soap scum from prior renters in showers, bugs etc. I spent 2 hours upon arrival cleaning. Kitchen staples need to be replenished: more silverware (a matching set would be nice) and more plates are needed. The water in the master bath sink just trickled out... my husband fixed the problem. Plus the toilet seat in the master doesn't fit the toilet and shifts. The 2nd master bathroom toilet doesn't fill properly so that needs to be addressed. We turned it off so it would not continue to run. The washer had excessive black mold around the seal. We realize that front loaders can do that but it could use some attention. Lastly the parking... oh my. If you have 2 large vehicles good luck getting into that second spot when other homes are using both of their spots!
Again, we loved the location but the interior just needs a little attention.
