We had four issues with the room. 1) under each nightstand was a circular cut out in the wall to access two electrical outlets. It made it very difficult to plug in cords. The circular hole was a bit too small. We were only able to plug in one cord on each side but not two. That was frustrating. 2) Regulating the room temperature was challenging because we could feel cold air coming in from outside under the heating/cooling unit which was set up under the window. 3) When the heater would stop, we could hear a dripping sound. In the morning we noticed water damage at the top sides of the wall. We informed the staff member about this when we checked out. 4) The toilet kept filling up and draining throughout the night. I would definitely NOT stay here again.
