The staff was pleasant. Carpet in our room had prominent stains. Elevators had spilled drinks, wrappers, food. Just had the sense that there was not enough staff to keep things clean.

The location was excellent. The proximity to restaurants and bars was ideal and the gas station across the street was well stocked with snacks. I enjoyed the chilled Buzz Balls and variety of snacks. The hotel was very clean with a fantastic commons area where I watched the World Series. The free coffee and cocoa bar was an unexpected treat. My room was comfortable and clean. The absolute cherry on top was the Pharmacopia bath product line featured. Thank you Andrew and Tiffany for your hard work in keeping the environment welcoming.

Overall a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable. It did seem like some of the locals came in and took advantage of the breakfast and we were disturbed by loud kids in the morning.
