Call before booking, ask if pool is open.

Pool closed. Morning breakfast was terrible, Offering milk/coffee. 2 choices of Cereal, 1 choice for muffins! They were tiny chocolate chip muffins and waffles. 1 choice of yogurt. My room t.v. was 28-30 inches. Rough area of Indianapolis 2 people drinking Alc outside the hotel side exit and 1 guy was even playing loud music from a BT speaker outside on the front bench of the main lobby area. 3 homeless at the intersection that you drive through coming to and from hotel. out dated room designs, colors, linings. Lobby looks like a 3 star hotel. Rooms and hallways look like a 1 star hotel. pictures don't match the actual look. Lighting is very dim/dual at this Days Inn. I don't believe the pool has been open for a very long time.

This hotel had a smell throughout it. Our rooms had bedbugs and roaches we told the front desk even showed pictures and they became argumentative. We had to ask permission to use the pool which was cold and dark. Breakfast was just toast and cereal, the milk in the warm fridge was spoiled. Towels to dry off with were just hand towels we asked for extra and was told it was and extra charge. Very disappointed it ruined my whole weekend with my family.

Honestly overall it was beyond poor. Staff were rude when asked anything , the luggage cart to bring in your belongings was broken. . .when getting to the room there was no signs available to place outside the door such as do not disturb , ect. The bathtub head was broken. The remote to the tv was broke as well it Also had no batteries in it. There were 2 burnt put lightbulbs in the lights in the room. . . We brought our own towels to shower with thank god because there was only one towel in the room. There was only one roll of tp for our 2.5 day stay and when we asked for another roll it waas like a hassle on them. There breakfast was not kept stalked and overall poor. You had a choice of 3 very tiny pancakes or Toast an apple or cereal (which the milk for was gone by 7am). Coffee was not kept up with either. The pool is locked and you have to go all the way to the front desk to ask them to unlock it each time. There was a lot of loud traffic through the hotel. The pools conditions were also poor and no towels in sight. The room across from me actually had the police come out mid day. Honestly for what i paid for 2 nights its insane and the 50$ deposit (which again i still have yet to get back. . . ) it was not worth it. Id say save your money and go elsewhere. . .

This hotel is not the Ritz, but I have stayed here several times. Its clean and the staff are very nice. Check in staff person was great (didnt catch his name). The price is right and the location is central. I give this hotel a solid three stars. Beds are comfortable and good TV. My tub drain was slow this time but things happen. I will definitely stay here again.
