Everything was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Could use new pillows, that was the only thing I noticed that could use attention. Breakfast was delicious and great variety!

Everything was wonderful! Only little complaint is we were not told that you need to use your key card in the elevator when going up to the 5th floor. So we did ride it about 4 times confused until another guest that got on told us. Some signs in the elevator would be helpful for the floors that require a key card. Thank you

Perfect location! Close to everything we wanted. Secure during all hours of the day. You need a key to enter, so nice especially at night. Valet was so convenient and worth it. You can call for your vehicle anytime you need it. One fee. All digital too. Staff was amazing. Anjelica killed our reception and check in. Our suite was spacious and had the best view. We couldn’t be happier We will be back

The WiFi was good, right across the street from a loud busy night club that is active until about 4 in the morning so I had a hard time sleeping. The bathroom was my only issue. There was hair all over it including in the shower and there was something white on the shower door. If I didn’t have to clean the bathroom myself it would’ve been perfect. My only other issue is the only parking is vallet parking which is $44 per night! And even if you drive a stick shift car that no one in 24 hours knows how to drive no one even touched my car and I still got charged for it! Other than that the room was very nice. Also the breakfast definitely needs some tweaking. The sausage was gross and the gravy for biscuits and gravy tasted like thanksgiving gravy and tasted like turkey, the eggs were also watery.

Its is a cool old building, it was a great location for Gainbridge Field House. There is a bar across the street that is loud and open til 3am. Parking is mainly pay to park in a parking garage and valet parking is about the only reasonable parking. There is no handicap.

Clean, Convenient and Loud

Overall I had a nice stay. My suite was clean, spacious with lovely windows & breakfast was bountiful. The hotel itself is a restored interesting building with lovely accents. It is conveniently located and it is loud! I could not get over how loud the city was into all hours of the morning and I was on the highest floor!! Just make sure you bring some noise cancelling headphones and your stay will be more comfortable.

Close to Fieldhouse for WNBA game. Close to State Capitol. The rooms were quiet and clean. Only way to park is valet - so make sure you add that to your budget.

My first trip to Indy to watch the Fever play. Drive from Nashville awesome. Hampton Inn staff awesome, beds awesome. We were in room 711…back to room after game. Unfortunately, our room was parallel to the Main Street. Unbelievable noise even from adjoining rooms. Next time, I’ll reserve a room off the Main Street. Other than that, thank you staff at Hampton Inn.
