Terrible experience with the management of this location. Tried multiple times to contact the property manager with no success to arrange a refund as my booking was not as intended. Stayed the night I needed and paid property directly however, I nor Expedia couldn't make contact with the property manager about the booking that was made in error for a refund. Do not recommend this location.

You walk into the entrance and it was clean and bright. The sitting area had multiple TVs on with news and sports. We got to our room and it was clean and orderly. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel was in a nice area.

This is a really nice hotel, located in a convenient spot near plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel and room were clean and everything was in good condition. Staff members were courteous and the breakfast was outstanding (plenty of options each day and good variety throughout our stay.) We also enjoyed the pool, which is always a great amenity when traveling with our kids! We wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

The renovation turned out beautifully. Hopefully, the managers will continue to ensure the high quality of cleaning that I experienced during my one night stay. Check-in was easy. My pillows were comfortable as well as the bedding. I had to ask the desk for an additional blanket . The comforter in most hotel, rooms never seem to be warm enough for me. I appreciate that the t v was large.And there was additional comfortable seating to watch television from, in addition to the bed. All the staff were courteous, informative and helpful.
