When we arrived, two employees were just outside the entrance smoking, but, they greeted us with smiles. Breakfast was ok, more options of fruit would be nice. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and food choices full. Our hotel in Kansas on Midland Dr. was very unpleasant, hotel needs a complete remodel, outside was dirty with cigarette butts, bushes not cut, inside all carpets were stained and dirty as well as our room, fixtures were stained and broken, bathroom door would not close, elevator broken, ice machine broken.We won’t stay there again.The employees were friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast food selection with both cold and warm options as well as healthy options. Some minor inconveniences such as ice machine being out of ice one morning but was told where to find another one and was an easily fixed problem. Lobby and common areas were clean. We noticed in our bathroom some of the nooks and crannies that hadn't been cleaned in a while but we were not grossed out and took into consideration the possibility of short staffing. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

The first room we were put in (junior suite with pull out bed) had blood on the bed comforter when we checked in… they moved us to another room with a full size bed, that wasn’t going to work with 2 adults and a child and not what we paid for…. We settled for 2 Queen beds and was told we would be reimbursed the difference of the rooms or comp a free night and have yet to hear anything back from the hotel and it’s been almost 10 days.

Parking was ok the hotel is located behind a car dealership. The sign for the hotel is almost hidden and dimly lit. We were there for an extended stay and wasn’t told that they only clean and resupply the rooms every 3 days. Had to go downstairs to get clean towels daily. There are no coffee pots in the rooms the only coffee is down stairs in the lobby. When I confronted the staff they said that all the issues were due to company policy, they seemed like they were used to the complaints, and seemed depressed about the “company’s” policies. I will not stay there again.

It was very clean and well kept. Unfortunately the one staff member who knows how to use the computer system left just before I checked in and no one else knew how to use the system. Which led to another family being assigned my room after I’ve been in the room for a few hours. Had to have my cards rescanned each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was good but had a super small selection.

Property and rooms were clean and quiet. My only concern is that our room door and that of the room across from us didn’t automatically click when closed. We had to push the door closed. This was also true for the door at the end of the hallway leading out to the parking lot. This is a huge safety issue
