Taneasha J, was the best. If it was not for her we would mot have stayed or felt comfortable there. She was so welcoming and professional. She really seem to enjoy what she does and it definitely shows. Management needs to clean the rugs in the entry they look very dingy. Housekeeper need to make sure to clean hair out of showers and back of bathroom doors. The phone didnt work at all in the room. That sucked. Housekeepers do not pay attention. We had late checkmout and they woke us up by knocking hard and entering the room. Very annoying.

Stay was good only complaint was that our lights by the bed did not work. And they charge me $100 extra for the rooms which was not communicated at check in and no communication about getting my deposit back. So that’s something that needs to explained to your guests when they’re checking in. Other than that everything was pretty ok probably won’t stay here again though

Staff very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable. However the lack of back up for their airport shuttle service breaking down, had us getting to the hotel at 3 am after paying for $20 Lyft ride from our pockets affecting affordability to pay for breakfast which they then made complimentary due to the shuttle circumstances, but had to be up by 8 for it. They offered to reimburse us for Lyft w/our email.receipt.

The room and staff were fine. The big problem was the thermostat. When you set a temperature, it gets the temp at or close to that level and then shuts the system off. This is terrible! It kept getting too hot to sleep and I had to keep waking up in a sweat to get up and turn the A/C back on - all night - about every two hours! I rented this room to get sleep before that day in Indianapolis and got very little. BIG FAIL! I doubt I will ever stay here again unless they get rid of these thermostats.
