Son was locked in bathroom because of faulty door lock. Call front desk and told it would be 30 minutes until we would get any help potentially maintenance. Had to remove door to get some out of bathroom never any follow up or sign of concern from front desk or management Heat did not work for three hours late at night room was cold and uncomfortable.
