Our experience at this hotel was not great. Upon arrival, we found that the sheets in our room had not been changed and were full of hair. While the front desk did move us to another room, the overall stay was still disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, making it hard to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the refrigerator in our room did not work. Breakfast was basic, with waffles and some assorted breads. Overall, I would not stay here again.

The hotel property was disgusting from the lobby to the hallways with garbage thrown down the hallways hair in the bathroom sink all over the shower walls stains on the towels the bed cover had stains on it, mold around the edges of the shower drywall broken off on the bottom of the wall, Hairs on the pillowcases and hair on the sheets as well just overall disgusting

We stayed 3 nights at this location. The staff was ok, however the property was in shambles with paint chipped off onto the hallway floors. Smell of pot everywhere except the main lobby. Also, there were other people staying in the room across from hours that were loud, screaming, yelling, and.even fighting literally from 2am-6am the last two nights. After informing the staff they talked to the people but the next night the same thing happened and this time someone got punched in the face. I would not recommend this hotel. The lobby looks good, but the rest is not.

I worked at the Indiana comic con till afyer 7pm. I arrived at hotel at 8pm to check in. I wwnt to my room to find dirty beds, what appeared to be blood splatter all over the walls. I had removed my shoes whwm wnteeimg and gor my socks wet with what smelled lile animal urine. I wwnt to the front desk and complained. They told me i checked in at 7 bt their records amd would not refund my money after being in the room for 15 minutes. I was told i was there over an hour which was impossible seeing i was 11 miles away at 730pm. . Not only was i charged for the night i didnt stay i was also charged the next night i didnt stay as well as not being refumded my deposit. I was told to contact the manager whcich i did. He refused to tell me he would help me. This is a shady organization with a shady mamager. Stay at your own risk. Shame on expedia for representing them.

The property is very run down. Also I am not sure the rooms are truly cleaned or if they just remake the beds and call the room done. The bathroom was disgusting. With an almost fully used roll of toilet paper and no back up. Pretty sure the wash cloth had some pubic hairs on them. Light switch to bathroom was covered in something sticky. Exposed wires along a wall and next to the lamp and side table. All around did not even want to lay down to sleep there it was really dirty.

The room looked like someone had sleeps in one bed. The bathroom sink had leaked and flooded the bathroom. Handicap shower rail was broken and hanging in the tub. When I made the complains shorty after check in I was told I would have to keep my room that there were no empty rooms.

Property was in a questionable area and floors in lobby and dinning are were extremely dirty. Nats on the dry food during breakfast. Rooms were semi clean but not small towels, no tissue, and the hall ways to the room was horrible. Exit doora missing door handles and damaged everywhere.

Needs improvement

The building itself is pretty run down and in need of remodeling. It was obvious that the room hadn’t been vacuumed. When I tried to run a bath for my son, the bathtub plug was broken. The pillows were very flat. We forgot to bring our own, which I had planned to do. The bedding was clean and crisp and the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. We definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Even the non smoking has smoke smell pouring in. And whatever is used to wash the sheets has an incredibly strong chemical smell. Bathroom smelled of mold. Sketchy characters wandering around outside. Lady at the front desk was the only bright spot: she was friendly and engaging and very helpful, so nothing bad to say about her! Just the facility and everything about it was very gross
