Right place many times

Easy check in, friendly front desk, and staff. Clean and Convenient location decent price with free breakfast. I have stayed here several times and have never had a problem so I will be back, since i check in on my mom regularly and i don't live in area

Pros: Good value for price. It was clean and quiet. Perfect for a one night stay. Cons: WiFi didn’t work, tv was broken, toilet was running water, and fridge made weird noises every so often. Not a ton of breakfast options. Would stay again.

Our stay was fine. Property was what youd expect for the price. Location close to downtown Indy and a 10mins from local restaurants. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was non existent.

Very convenient for our one night stay, however. Shower was very slippery with no grab bars for safety. Bed, was uncomfortable. Too soft, acted like a memory foam, but it was not. Sheets were "weird" almost like flanel sheets, but could not turn in bed-like the sheets would 'grab' your night clothes. Pillows had my neck at a strange angle. We both kept waking up over and over. We ended up just getting up early and leaving. Everything was clean and maintained.

We got the microtel 1 bed suite for a fantastic price. The bed was slightly smaller than we thought but it was comfortable and the layout of our room was very nice. Reception was friendly, telling us a couple dinning options nearby and free breakfast!

The room smelled funny. The second time i used the bathroom the toilet wouldnt flush. Room wasnt dirty..but it didnt seem like it was cleaned very well.
