When we first got there the receptionist hope welcome this was kind of lame she was not very welcoming other than that the hotel was nice it was clean besides my bathroom in my room my shower head hair all in it shower was not clean that's my only complaint got to do better with the shower also the ice machine on my hotel side was not working at all other than that the hotel was nice the staff was friendly except for the when we first got there it was in walking but walkable distance till I locate where we was going

Beware of inflated parking charges!

The hotel itself was nice, and the room was well-appointed. The carpets in the hallway were stained, and the elevator floors looked really dirty. The breakfast buffet was fine, but nothing special. Fruit selection left much to be desired. It is comparable to several other hotels in the immediate area. My biggest issue is the "discounted" $35 daily parking rate. I did not see this listed on the hotel info page, and nobody told me at check-in. I discovered the unpleasant surprise when scanning my emailed receipt afterward. I called the hotel & they told me there was nothing they could do. Had I known the parking was that high, I would have stayed elsewhere. I have paid much less to park while staying in nicer hotels in the financial district in Chicago!!

I inconvenienced the guy at check-in. I appeared to bother him, he had to stop talking to his young-lady friend to check me in. Breakfast was gross to put it mildly. The eggs were filled with water. Coffee was great!
