The room looked nice until you started looking closely. Corroded light fixtures, paint touchup over paint touchup, poor patch job on the ceiling, you had to walk sideways past the bed to get into the bathroom. Some of this will be addressed as the front desk says they are expecting to start renos in late 2026. Common areas seemed nice for the most part. The property is right off the interstate and there was a lot of noise from the highway. The furnace kicked on by making a horrible noise like an air raid siren for about 10 seconds, then a jet plane-volume fan noise while running, and loud dripping noises intermittently. We didn’t find any of this out until it woke us in the night, several times. We did not get much sleep. To their credit, the front desk manager apologized immediately when we talked in the morning and comped the stay.

We were asked if we wanted to join their IHG program for free, when we did, we got our room upgraded for free! The room was beautiful. The staff was nice. We stayed on NYE and had no issues with any noise. The hotel was clean. The hallways were too warm but if thats the only issue, i can handle it. Lol

Traveling with 4 children can be difficult. Our suite was spacious and an excellent option for us. Loved that there was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Having the small kitchen was also a very nice touch!

I accidentally booked this room instead of the one much closer to the event center we were in town for, however, aside from the distance and cost in Ubers, I'm glad I stayed here. It was clean, staff was friendly, and the room was quite nice.
