We were in town for a funeral and we showed up exhausted, with two children under three and just wanted to get to bed but this place was gross. One of our kids is crawling and we couldn’t even set her down. - the entire place smelled like an ash tray- it was clear they just did the landlord special and slapped paint over crumbling plaster- the sheets had stains and crusty stuff on them and there was hair in the bed. We messaged the owner and they door dashed new sheets but…- when we went to change the sheets the mattress cover had stains all over it. It was disgusting.- the other bed didn’t even have a mattress cover and there were stains all over the mattress- the faucets were all soooo grosse. Clear mildew and calcium buildup. Not only grosse but also really unsafe. Thank god we happened to have water bottles on hand otherwise we would have had to go out to get water to make the baby’s bottles and brush our teeth.- we straight up skipped showers and baths because the tub and shower were so grosse. The actual tub was peeling and looked dirty and the shower liner was all mildewy and had a bunch of build up. - coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned- when we walked in the air wasn’t on and it was 92 degrees in the house. It was barely a good temp by the time we leftMade a terrible, depressing weekend even more terrible and depressing. Could not wait to leave.

Indy stay

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Carly had us stocked with clean linens and coffee! Check-in was easy and we enjoyed the house. Loved that we were so close to downtown, but yet in a quaint neighborhood. Would stay again for sure!

birthday weekend and cozy house

My boyfriend and our 2 friends celebrated his birthday for the weekend in the super cute cozy house. The Host was extremely on top of everything, the house was in perfect condition and she was extremely communicative ( and quick!) and super willing to help with anything we needed! I would definitely stay here again, the house is in just the right area to walk to a local bar to celebrate and to then walk back home safely! 5 stars all around!
