Permanent residents, missing smoke detector, feces on bathroom floor, graffiti on bathroom door, adjacent unit noise, train noise, no outlets to charge medical devices, side of bed 18" from wall, no lamps near bed, very small parking area, strange odor in motel office & room

This place is so dirty the first room they gave me had water all in the bathroom floor and the shower was wet and dirty like someone just got out of it to the point water was still dripping out the shower faucet. So they gave me a dirty room it had a dry floor but was just at dirty as the first room. Shower floor was horrible hair everywhere in the room. I went Ang bought a pair of flip flops to shower in. The bed was just as bad so I slept in my truck. I received a email stating they don’t have breakfast anymore because of unsafe reasons. I really wish this app would let me put the pictures I took up. Worst room I’ve ever been in.

Easy check-in. Plenty of parking. Ac worked great. Bed looked comfortable and clean but the bathroom had hair, old wrapping from the bar of soap from previous guest. Shower curtain was extremely dirty. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front lobby, it was picked up. Then later on after returning to the room to sleep we found cockroaches in the shower TV nightstand. Most definitely won’t be staying there ever again.

I'm very hard to please. And I booked this same room 2x. Now. However your Super.com left me hanging with a refund request and no way to get my refund to book again for 3 to 5 days. Super.com is a crappy place to reserve anything. Expedia you saved my evening your app made no changes as I'm tryna reserve. Thanx

Room was filthy with stains on blanket and weird stains on the office chair. Walls were filthy dirty. The floors were so dirty I wouldn’t want to walk barefoot. Front desk employee was rude.
