After assessing what was in the kitchen upon arrival: there were 8 of us (rental sleeps 8) and only 4 coffee mugs and 4 forks (owner 2 days later sent additional items via Amazon). Kurig didnât work on counter but found another one in pantry that worked. The dishwasher did not work through our stay (not hooked up to water?). Need to pay extra to heat pool/hot tub; did not activate that service since I did not know this in advance. Tall weeds all over the front yard and back yard; not well kept. Outdoor trash bins were full. Did not have enough bath towels (never had hand towels); 2 days later found more bath towels in dryer that had not been removed before our arrival. Did not have wash cloths or dish rags for kitchen (owner 2 days later sent via Amazon). Master bed frame not sturdy and found planks in garage to add for additional braces for the bed frame. Refrigerator water dispenser did not work. No tv remotes for bedrooms. Owner fairly responsive but items missing should have already been in the home. FYIâŠit is necessary to walk through a bedroom to get to a back bedroom. There are no dressers in all 4 bedrooms. Very few, if any, hangers in closets.
