While we were looking forward to this trip, the experience has not matched the listing description or the price point paid, and several issues have significantly impacted our stay. Normally at VRBO stays, we don’t encounter this many issues and communication needed.We would like to request a partial reimbursement for the following reasons:Pool Utilities: The pool had no heat for the first week, and maintenance was on-site for 4 days of our stay, depriving us of the primary amenity we booked.Capacity Discrepancy: The listing states the home sleeps 10, but the current configuration does not support this. There are couches, not beds or futons.Safety/Functionality: The stovetop ignition is broken (requiring manual lighting), and the pool chairs are broken/unsafe to use.Missing Essentials: No garage opener was provided, and the home lacked basic promised amenities like kitchen towels and sufficient paper products.We feel a refund of 25% or 1000 is fair given that the property was not fully functional as advertised for a significant portion of our trip.
