Not the hosts fault, but the house was unlocked at check-in and another random group came in. Additionally, the pool heater was broken, host said they’d refund for the day it was broken but nothing/no follow up. Not great at this price point.

SPECTACULAR HOME + EXPERIENCE

Our family travels to the Palm Springs area quite frequently and this was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the staff couldn't have been more gracious, communicative or responsive. From the moment we booked the property we were given clear, easy-to-follow instructions for the property, including video instruction, as well as prompt and helpful support with the minor questions we had. Couldn't recommend this property and this team more!

A Slice of Paradise

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of perfection, and I am thrilled to share our unforgettable experience with fellow travelers. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we were immersed in a world of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. The star of the show, without a doubt, was the absolutely gorgeous pool. It was like our private oasis, and we spent countless hours basking in the sun, taking refreshing dips, and relaxing. The pool area was meticulously maintained, and the provided poolside loungers and shaded seating created a dreamy atmosphere. We couldn't get enough of it! The attentive staff was a true standout during our stay. From the moment we checked in, they made us feel like royalty. Any questions or requests we had were met with a warm smile and a prompt response. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable was evident throughout. We truly felt pampered and well taken care of. The house itself was a stunner. Immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, it was the perfect backdrop for our vacation. The open-concept living areas were spacious, and the well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Whether we were enjoying a leisurely breakfast by the pool or a cozy evening in front of the huge television screen, the house provided all the comforts of home and then some. The bedrooms were generously sized and the beds are super comfortable. Can't wait to go back again soon.

Okay, so this is going to be a long review, but I promise it will be worth it. I will walk you though all aspects of the home and pool and parking and everything. 2 part review because of 1500 character max - 1. First let me start by saying that Hector and Jesus are a pleasure to work with, from the first message on VRBO all the way until we checked out they were so helpful and amazing. Quick responses and the day before you check in they will text you lots of videos on how everything works, from the TV remotes to the Pool settings and how to access the property - the videos are really helpful and make it a breeze so you feel comfortable checking in. 2. Entrance - so please know that these are literally brand new homes, and a few have yet to be completed in the complex so there is a little construction happening. Honestly we barely ever heard the construction at all during the time we were there, and its by far a worthy trade-off for these palatial estates. located only about 5 minutes or so off the freeway, and literally 2 minutes from a Ralphs and 4 minutes to a Costco & Bevmo the location is amazing. 2. Parking - so the home has a huge 3 ( possibly 4 car ) garage and a huge driveway that can fit another 4 cars not problem. This is a big deal because the summer can get hot and its nice to have a garage that you can store your car in. My brother brought his huge F250 truck and it fit in the garage as well which he was so impressed with.

5 Star Family Vacation!!!

We had the pleasure of kicking off our summer at a Bravo property and it did not disappoint! The wow factor when you walk in is like nothing we’ve experienced in a vacation rental! The pool is massive, the living rooms and kitchen perfect for entertaining & all of the rooms were large, clean and top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed and the grill worked great! Hector & Jesus was incredibly helpful and responsive especially as we navigated the outdoor smart system. 5-star amenities & service and one of our most memorable stays in Palm Springs. We cannot wait to stay again!

A wonderful experience

This home absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way possible. This is the prime example of a luxury home. It’s elegant aesthetics made the experience surreal while still giving me and my family a homelike experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you and your family are looking for a luxurious vacation home.

Fantastic Stay

This was one of the most memorable vacations I've ever had, and for sure the best home I have ever rented! The pool is massive with so many features that our friends spent most of the day by the pool! All of the bedrooms have super luxurious ensuite bathrooms! The kitchen is very well stocked, and has amazing appliances and incredible finishes! We were the first ones and the house is newly built! Also, it was super close to restaurants and all other cities in the desert! I could not recommend it enough, we will be back over and over and over!

Ultimate Luxury Vacation

This was out of this world! We just left and our kids can't wait to return! If you can book this home, I highly recommend it before they get more popular! Everything is extraordinary, the house, the view, the pool , the manager! Top notch service! Thank you Hector, we will be returning next month!
