Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer gross und modern eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Personal jederzeit äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir verstehen Ihr Feedback zu unserem Gerüst, würden Ihnen aber gerne mitteilen, das dieses nun abgebaut ist. Unsere Bauarbeiten sind abgeschlossen und deshalb gibt es dort keine Beeinträchtigung mehr. Die Info mit dem Gerüst stand online auf allen Buchungsportalen. Sehr zentral gelegen, sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit Personal. Mich hat das Design im ganzen Hotel immer wieder zur Frage gebracht: WARUM: grüne W ände, 2 ganz unterschiedliche Tapeten in einem Zimmer, Boden im kahlen Badezimmer wie in einem Ferienlager und die Wandbeläge ? goldig und braune gehen gar nicht - gar keine Abstellflächen im Bad trotz seiner enormen Grösse, wunderschöner Kronleuchter total an einem falschen Platz, Farben Möbel in der Reception harmonisieren überhaupt nicht. Die beleuchtete Theke Reception passt gar nicht. Meiner Meinung nach hat(te) das Hotel einen sehr schlechten Innenarchitekten. Sehr sehr schade für die Erneuerungsbemühungen.

Ihr Feedback zur Inneneinrichtung nehmen wir so entgegen, allerdings ist dies unseres Erachtens Geschmackssache. Jeder hat seine eigene Meinung hierzu und gerade in diesem Punkt wird es natürlich nicht jedem Gefallen, wobei wir auch schon sehr viele positive Rückmeldungen erhalten haben. Wir haben uns ausserdem notiert das es zu wenig Abstellfläche im Badezimmer gibt und werden dies überprüfen und gegebenenfalls anpassen. Vielen Dank für diese Information. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden uns freuen Sie ein anderes Mal bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen. Freundliche Grüsse und bleiben Sie gesund.
