The only problem i had was they put me in a handicap room whuch was very uncomfortable best thing was walk in shower and close to office. The bed was hard i was uncomfortable and upset.i can't walk far but i could have done with a better bed.but very clean

I was staying there because my father was in the hospital 2 blocks away. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. They even gave me a cheaper rate due to the fact that I was there because of a loved one being in the hospital. It was a very trying time and the staff did everything they could to help me.

Check in was friendly and easy. Room was very clean including in the corners. The coffee that was offered in the lobby was very good! They also offered tea & hot cocoa. Parking is plentiful. The 3 issues that I found were that the vending machines were not labeled with prices, the over kill of lemon air freshener was a bit too much for me & there was no grab bar in the shower.

The location is wonderful, check in and staff are fabulous. The hotel is clean, well maintained. The rooms are minimalistic, no draperies no frills, bear essentials, but it is perfect for a one or two nights stay. We would definitely stay here again

The whole hotel was spotless clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is one block away from the center of the action in Inverness. You may walk to the restaurants, movie theater, court, city building, and the old courthouse. The room was spacious and ultra clean. Highly recommend this place.

Check in was great with Chandler , there is NO BREAKFAST ,only bananas & apples. So I bought Jimmy Dean breakfast sand for the mico in the morning, well the one in the wall was broke, and the one they had on the counter was broken also, so I went to the front desk and they had to do it in there breakroom, well they certainly , grumbled about having to do it 4 different times for all my sandwiches. The manager didn't even care. 2 towels in the bathroom wow can you spare towels or breakfast, or checking your equipment, thank goodness I was one the first floor !!!!
