Room had a bad odor. Someone in the room above us or near us was smoking weed and cigarettes causing me to get sick with my asthma. I addressed it with staff and they said they would find the culprit but did not acknowledge me getting sick.

Just thought place was sub par for how nice it looked on-line. Bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. Blinds did not block out light from outside when sleeping at night. Toiletry items were very minimal. Now a days, hotels have a bigger variety in the room than this hotel did. Parking was tight. I guess I was just expecting more.

The room I stayed in had roaches. The first night there were 2. They were fully booked and had no other rooms available. The second night I came back to my room, flipped the lights on and they were everywhere. I’d say maybe 12-15. I killed them and checked my belongings to make sure I hadn’t missed any. Went to the front desk and requested a room change. The staff was very apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. This room didn’t have any issues.
